Every Year MHSK Alumni Participate in the Schools Prizegiving day and award the best boy and girl for form 4.

• 2024 Awarded top 7 students
• 2025 Awarded top 3 students
• 2025 Awarded three rotational trophies for

1. Best Streams in Academics 2,3&4 (replaced the old one)
2. Best House in Ball Games.
3. Best House in Swimming.
