The meeting was chaired by Dr. Peter Moindi the Alumni Association Chairperson.
The Moi High School Kabarak Alumni Executive Committee met on Saturday 16th in Nakuru to deliberate on a raft of agenda that included the following:
1. Report on the online joint meeting with class reps held on 7th September 2023.
2. Formation of sub committees.
4. Developing a Budget for 2024.
5. Bank Account- e mail address and six digit paybill.
6. Constitutional amendment.
7. Endowment/scholarship Fund /fees arrears.
8. Alumni calendar of events

CALENDER OF EVENTS
On the matter of calendar of events, the committee reports as follows:-
1. Prizegiving Ceremony – Event completed.
2. EXCOM Physical meeting –Done.
3. Eldoret Reunion – 13th April 2024
Excom assigned Ivan Kelunyo and Kibet Cheruiyot to assist in logistics.
4. Nairobi Reunion – June.
Excom assigned Laurie Akinyi and Velichka Omukuba to assist in logistics.
5. Nakuru Reunion – June or Early July
6. AGM – 17th August 2024 .
7. 2nd Physical EXCOM Meeting – Before AGM ( Date to be decided).
